At Paw Pantry, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Paw Pantry account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
